PAST PERFORMANCE
1998-2008, MDC was the premier Landscaping Service in the greater Shreveport, LA area operating as DLCS “Doyle Lawn Care Services.” DLCS held contracts totaling over $3 million dollars with prominent clients such as Home Depot, K-Mart, Haliburton, Regions Bank and many others.

2003-2005, MDC was subcontracted by FEMA for Emergency Disaster Relief cleanup after hurricane Katrina and hurricane Rita as part of a $1.2 billion-dollar recovery effort.

2006-2007, MDC was subcontracted by FEMA/CERES Environmental, Brooklyn Park Minnesota, storm Disaster Relief Clean-Up project. Project – $700 million dollars

2003, MDC completed a 28,000 square foot multipurpose building for Stonewall Baptist Church.

2007-2022, MDC completed airport expansion projects such as: repaired and re-placed city water and sewer utility works, erosion repair with grading and planning, driveway, and manhole upgrades along with valves and large pipe repairs and replacements.
MDC performed oil well site prep work including crushed rock and storm drains.
MDC completed levee reinforcements at railroad washouts.
MDC Prime and Contracted Subprime in a Joint Venture in Shreveport, LA. These project subparts ranged from a low of $175,000 and Totalling $27,000,000.

2020-2022, MDC completed earthwork, land clearing, demolition and parking lot paving, Shreveport, LA.

2022-October, MDC mobilized to Wind Cave National Park, South Dakota, to rebuild roads, replace washed out storm drains and set precast box culverts on Native American and Federal Lands.
